1. Eligibility for Returns

2. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  • The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable for approved return cases.
  • Refunds will be issued in cash upon return pickup .
  • We do not offer exchanges or replacements at this time.
